Explore Bradworthy & North Devon
There's so much to discover right on our doorstep
Bradworthy is a small village situated 3 miles north-east of the border with Cornwall. This location has led to it being called the "last village in North Devon" travelling further west leads to the Cornish village of Kilkhampton. The village of Bradworthy has the largest village square in England.
Bradworthy is bordered by the Devon parishes Hartland, Woolfardisworthy, West Putford, Sutcombe, Holsworthy Hamlets and Pancrasweek and the Cornish parishes of Kilkhampton and Morwenstow. As well as a number of shops, Bradworthy also has a primary school, vets, post office, hairdressers and a garage.
Just outside of the village, Tamar Lakes are ideal for fishing, sailing, walking, and watching wildlife.
Close to Tamar Lakes are the villages of Clovelly, the market town of Holsworthy and seaside resorts of Bude and Westward Ho! Other local attractions apt for family fun and adventure include the Milky Way and the Big Sheep.
