Our traditionally styled restaurant has been completely refurbished and can comfortably seat up to 60 diners. Children are very welcome and are catered for with their own menu selection.

The restaurant has a well stocked bar offering a superb choice of real ales, cider, lager and bitter on tap as well as a selection of wines.

We have varied lunch and evening menus carefully created by our chefs, using fresh local produce whenever possible. You will also find a delicious selection of meals on our specials board which changes regularly and often includes dishes such as Bradworthy’s Ultimate burger,  alternative fish dishes and vegetarian options. Don’t miss our Sunday carvery, which includes a choice of three meats and seven vegetables.

We aim to use fresh local produce and meat. Our meat is supplied by Parkham family butchers G E Honey. To find out more about G E Honey, visit their website

Lovely old pub with helpful, friendly staff. Good old fashioned roast on a Sunday, being a carvery it is very tempting to overdo things but hard to leave any food as it is so good. Always advisable to book. Car parking no problem as the pub is on the edge of the village square.
