Sunblushed tomato and olive tapenade topped

with goats cheese

Melon cocktail topped with a winter berry compote


Traditional roast turkey with all the trimmings

Roast topside of beef with Yorkshire pudding

Fillet of seabass with a sauce vierge

Confit of duck leg with an orange sauce

Red onion and brie tart

selection of fresh vegetables)


Christmas pudding served with brandy sauce

Chocolate orange crème brulee

Lemon cheesecake with a raspberry coulis

Vanilla and Baileys panna cotta with a fruit coulis
