Avocado and prawn timbale with brandy dressing and brown bread
Whole baked camembert studded with garlic and
rosemary and served with crusty bread
Chicken liver parfait with red onion chutney and melba toast.

Main

Traditional roast turkey with all the trimmings
Roast topside of beef with Yorkshire pudding
Oven roasted cod steak in lemon oil served on a
crayfish and pea risotto
Vegetable mille-feuille (a mix of vegetables bound in a white wine cream sauce served with puff pastry)
(All served with traditional roast potatoes and a
selection of fresh vegetables)

Christmas pudding served with brandy sauce
Chocolate orange cheesecake
Winter mixed berry mousse
Spiced plum and apple crumble with a vanilla crème anglaise
